Northwest Industrial Site

New Athens Area Medical Center
For a small community, the Village is fortunate to have Healthcare Physicians of Southern Illinois as a tenant of the Medical Center. The New Athens office is staffed by Dr. Chris Schenewerk. The Medical Center, owned and operated by the Village of New Athens, presently has additional office space available for medical or business purposes. Separate zoned office space is available with individual HVAC controls as well as other utilities. Each space is served by a common waiting area. A Dental Office, including all equipment, is presently available. It is approximately 775 sq. ft. and has three dental chairs, lab area, reception area, private office and restrooms.
